YOUR GROUP TRAINING EXPERIENCE

Group training is designed for those who want structure, accountability, and community without sacrificing results. You’ll follow a professionally programmed training plan built around strength, conditioning, and progression, while training alongside others working toward similar goals. This environment creates consistency, motivation, and momentum, especially on the days discipline feels harder to access.

Each phase of the program is intentionally structured so you always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how it fits into the bigger picture. Workouts are challenging but scalable, allowing you to meet the program where you are while still being pushed forward. You’re never guessing, improvising, or jumping between random workouts.

EVERYTHING LIVES INSIDE THE APP

Your entire group training program is delivered through my training app, where all workouts are clearly laid out and easy to follow. Inside the app, you’ll track sets, reps, weights, and performance so your progress is measurable over time, not just something you feel.

 

The app also allows you to log bodyweight changes, upload progress photos, and stay consistent week after week. Everything lives in one place, giving you clarity, structure, and a clear record of how far you’ve come throughout the program.

 

In addition to your training and nutrition, you’ll have direct access to ongoing support. You’ll be part of a private group chat with others in the program, creating accountability, encouragement, and shared momentum. You’ll also have access to me for questions, guidance, and support as they come up, so you’re never left guessing.

 

Each week, you’ll complete a check-in form where we review your training consistency, nutrition, progress, and any challenges you’re running into. I’ll go over what’s working, what needs adjusting, and help set you up clearly for the week ahead so you can keep moving forward with confidence.
