ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING EXPERIENCE
One-on-one training is the highest level of coaching I offer. This is for someone who wants direct guidance, real accountability, and a coach who is fully involved in their process. Every decision, adjustment, and progression is based on you and only you.
This experience is designed for clients who want consistent feedback, ongoing support, and a coach who is paying attention to the details. There is no guessing, no generic programming, and no being left to figure things out alone. You are coached through the process, not just given a plan.

YOUR TRAINING & COACHING
Your training program is fully customized to you and evolves as you do. Workouts are built around your goals, current fitness level, schedule, available equipment, and any limitations or injuries. Adjustments are made regularly based on your progress, feedback, and performance.
Each week, we review your training, nutrition, and overall consistency. These weekly check-ins are focused on how you’re actually doing, what’s working, what needs to change, and where you may need more support. Together, we assess progress, address challenges, and set clear priorities for the week ahead so you always know what to focus on next.
You also have 24-hour access to me through in-app chat, allowing you to ask questions, check in, and get support between reviews. This ensures you’re never stuck or unsure about how to move forward.
You receive full access to my coaching app, where your training and nutrition live in one place. Inside the app, you can log workouts by tracking sets, reps, and weights, monitor bodyweight trends through visual graphs, upload progress photos, and keep everything organized in one system.
Nutrition support is included and tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. You’ll have access to a personalized meal plan and nutrition guidance, along with a recipe library designed to support consistency without unnecessary restriction.
